As you may have read in my post earlier, 2017 Moments that Matter, I’ve been catching up on a couple of photography courses and thinking about my photography goals for 2018. My personal goal continues to be documenting my family and my main professional goal is to improve my in hospital work. I am passionate about telling stories for families in hospital and I am hoping to connect with more families and organizations choosing to document hospital life. So having said that I went back through this year’s in hospital sessions and chose my top ten storytelling pictures. Some of these you have seen and some of them are new to my blog.
This February I am taking my biggest photography challenge to date. I am heading to Los Angeles to participate in Momenta’s Nonprofit Photography Workshop. The team at Momenta will pair me up with a nonprofit, but I am hoping to find my own that fits with what I have been doing in hospital. Please let me know if you have any nonprofits in LA I should check out.
