The first weekend of December the Wolfe and May offspring descended on Grandpa Bob and Grandma Carey’s house for an early Christmas get together. It was the perfect opportunity to get shots of all seven grandkids for two people who do an awful lot for our families. I got to spend the day shooting, which made my day, and grandma and grandpa get a selection of 120 photos to choose from! Here’s a few of my favourites.
As the grandkids arrived, I got shots of each of them with their stocking.
Two week old Maverick was wide awake when I shoved him in a stocking!
Is your heart melting yet? Big brother Kane loves to kiss Maverick! To the point where I have had to get him to stop.
The May offspring pretending to be surprised when opening a present.
A trick I just learned from a photography blog: have the girls whisper secrets…
Which resulted in this awesome shot!
There was no way I was getting these boys to sit still!
But I think their personalities shine through.
Then it was time for Mrs. Claus to spring in to action.
Nine month old Cole was so excited!
And Kane acted as one of her elves!
Love this one.
Kane & Maverick gave Cole a Chillafish bike because there is no way he’s getting it as a hand-me-down!
Mom and her boys even got in one of the photos. Thanks to whoever grabbed one of my cameras and took a couple of shots.
We managed to get all four May grandkids together for a couple shots with Grandma. I love this one because it looks like they are exploding off her lap!
Individual shots were much easier to get! Below are Kaden and Isla.
Love this shot of Grandpa Bob with Kane and Cole.
And to top off our day, Auntie Ashley’s friend, Elsa, showed up to meet the girls!
Time for a sing along!
Big smiles from Kiana
